Family Life Coaching provides coaching to helps individuals develop confidence, improve mindset, strengthen relationships, and find joy in motherhood. Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process focused on personal growth, self-awareness, and empowerment.
We are not licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, or medical professionals. Our coaching services:
- Do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions.
- Are not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
- Do not provide crisis intervention or emergency services.
Your privacy is important to us. While we strive to maintain confidentiality, coaching is not bound by the same legal confidentiality protections as therapy. We will not disclose personal information unless:
